Membership request (new)

  • Before you apply for membership, please contact the Club Secretary to confirm places are being taken for the relevant age group – there may be a waiting list for certain age groups.
  • You will need to use the “Player Enquiry Form” on the “Contact Us” section of this website.
  • Once places have been confirmed, then you will need to complete the membership registration form below – this will automatically submit to the Membership Secretary.
  • Please ensure the appropriate payment has been paid using the reference as noted on your membership form – your payment needs to be received for the application to be confirmed.

Existing membership (renewal)

  • Please complete the membership registration form below – this will automatically submit to the Membership Secretary.
  • Ensure your manager is aware you have renewed.
  • Please ensure this is done before July 1st leading up to the new season to ensure the Club has time for all player information to be passed to the FA and leagues for registration purposes. (NB: For season 21-22 the deadline is August 1st 2021 not July 1st)
  • Please ensure the appropriate payment has been paid using the reference as noted on your membership form – your payment needs to be received for the application to be confirmed.
