The game was played in awful conditions and despite the score line the only real difference between the 2 teams was Tingley’s number 11.
Tingley started the stronger team and , even though Jack made a couple of good saves, they quickly went 1 nil up -thanks to their big number 11.
Guiseley slowly started to come back into the game and a great cross by Sam saw Lucas equalise – 1-1.
Number 11 got 2 more for Tingley but Guiseley managed to get their second just before half time. Another cross/corner by Sam and Saul scored.
Half time 2-3 to Tingley.
Guiseley were the stronger team at the beginning of the second half and quickly got it back to 3 all with another goal by Saul. However a couple of quick break away goals from – yes that number 11 again – made it difficult for Guiseley to back in the game.
The game finished 7 -4 to Tingley after Lucas got our 4th
