Working with U14s, the coaches will demonstrate some simple practices and methods to support your players’ athletic development including movement skills, body mechanics and SAQ (speed, agility, quickness). The practices will be easily transferred to the grassroots game, equipping attendees with some fundamental knowledge and skills to use with their players.
